Magic School Busシリーズの中で一番最初に購入した 一番興味のあったテーマがこの本でした。 人間の体の中をバスで探検するという とても面白い設定の科学絵本です。 とてもわかりやすい単語で書かれていますので 中学生でも読めて、楽しい読書経験になると思います。 中でも生徒の書いたメモが楽しいです。 フリズル先生の服の趣味は必見です！
面白い！大好きですこの感じ
Ｍａｇｉｃ Ｓｃｈｏｏｌ Ｂｕｓが、ヒトの体の中を探検するというものですが、４－８歳児向けとなっていますが、大人でも楽しめます。内容はしっかりしているし、単語レベルもその割りに高めのような気がします。次のページをめくるのが楽しみで、何回も読みたいです。絵も解り易いです。ユーモアのあるちょっとユニークな絵も私は大好きです。 Ｆｒｉｚｚｌｅ先生もユニークでいいですね～、このシリーズは他のも読みたいです。

たのしみながら、つぎつぎと、しかもテンポよく体の中をバスに乗って探検。わたしも一緒にバスに乗った気分になってしまうのがなんとも不思議！なるほど、こうなのか。と知らず知らずのうちにどんどんいろいろなことを学んでしまう。”体の中はこうなっているのかあ・・・。”これは、おもしろい！！。こどもといっしょに何度でも読んでしまう。幼稚園の子供からでもok!。 ぜひ、おすすめ。

She challenges he students and leads them on un elieva le field t ips. p This t ip, like many of the F izz`s expeditions, takes the kids to a place whe e they least expected to go: inside a functioning human ody (kind of like that movie with Rachel Welch and Donald Pleasance)-- specifically, A nold`s ody. Ce tainly he is equally unawa e of his classmates` whe ea outs as he gulps down the miniatu ized us along with his "cheesey weezies" and makes his way ack to school alone, he thinks; with encou agement f om a talking i d. [We do sometimes wonde why i ds and adios (f om INSIDE A HURRICANE) talk ut Liz the class` ho ned liza d does not.] Unlike INSIDE RALPHIE, which deals mo e specifically with the immune system, this takes us th ough the whole human ody. Fo mo e info mation, Joanna Cole also has a mo e detailed ook a out the ody fo child en, YOUR INSIDES, illust ated y Paul Meisel, which includes ove lays.

Human Bodyに負けずに面白い
大人のやり直し英語の多読をやっていますが、その合間にこのシリーズのInside the Human Body を買ったら絵本だけど面白く、内容もしっかりしていたので、続いて買ってみました。こちらもなかなか面白かったしためになります。もちろん子供さんにも楽しくてためになるのでオススメです。

大好きなシリーズ
英語版は生徒達のメモも味があるので楽しいです。社会見学のプラネタリウムがお休みで学校に帰るつもりが、スクールパスがロケットに早変わり。みんなで１つ１つの惑星を探検に行きます。宇宙でフリズル先生と離れ離れになるアクシデントも起きます。なかなか勉強になって楽しいです。
バスに乗って宇宙を旅しよう！
フリズル先生と生徒が一緒にスクールバスに乗って地球を飛び出し、宇宙を旅します。太陽系の星の事がわかるように説明されており、生徒の書いたメモが楽しいです。でもこのシリーズ一番の楽しみはフリズル先生のくすりと笑える服かも知れません。

Ou fi st ook in the se ies was "Lost in the Sola System." We knew nothing of the se ies and only got it ecause my son was inte ested in space. At th ee yea s of age, most of the info mation was eyond his comp ehension. Neve theless, this was one of the most equested ed- and nap-time sto ies and we have continues to ead it, c eased, di tied and dog-ea ed, th ough today. He (and now his little othe ) was fi st att acted y the ma velous illust ations, sto yline, and humo . To this day, I am not allowed to tu n the page without eading ALL the ca toon u les. Now that he unde stands and app eciates the educational value, as well, I can no longe get away with skippeng the " epo ts" y Ms F izzle`s students. The se ies is one of the est-selling child en`s science ooks fo good easons. And the Poppin-esque teache , Ms F izzle, with he uniquely coo dinated wa d o e and time- and eve ything-else-machine school us is a teache you kids simply must meet.

Something is Missing
We nea ly didn`t get this, ecause at fi st glance it seemed like a much a eviated ve sion of INSIDE THE HUMAN BODY. Howeve , upon close inspection, we found it to e a close up on the immune system. My five- and seven-yea olds a e much taken with the g oss-out natu e of the us` ent y into and exit out of Ralphie`s ody. I thought the class television show was a nice idea, ut, having expe ienced oth, I find it wo ks ette on the animated se ies than in ook fo m. Inte esting, ut the cove age of the su ject is athe shallow. This makes me eally miss the attention to detail and the ca e involved in c eating the o iginal c ammed with facts ooks. Still, the kids did lea n something.
