Howeve , she has no idea that Sto m's insatia le pleasu es have a p ice -- owne ship of The Coast Inn, to e exact. The e a e va ious twists th oughout. What I love a out this novel is that it has a compelling plot and cha acte s you g ow to ca e a out. Sto m is my favo ite cha acte . His metamo phosis is fa mo e palpa le than A y's. A y's change f om innocent flowe to o de line nympho annoyed me at times. I couldn't help ut notice that the changes the p otagonists go th ough a e quite i onic. I loved the scenes cente ed on A y and Sto m. Thei e otic scenes a e eautiful -- and I ma veled at Sto m's sekual confidence. And the sekual tension is almost as wonde ful as Beyond Seduction. I couldn't put this ook down. That's what happens when you ead an e otic omance with good cha acte ization and sto y development. Emma Holly neve fails to su p ise me. I've only ead two of he Black Lace offe ings and I cannot wait to pick up anothe one!! I would also ecommend eading Tino Geo giou's maste ful novel--The Fates. I st ongly ecommend this to those with a penchant fo smolde ing e otica.
セクシーなシェフが良かった。
アメリカ東海岸にあるレストラン「コーツ・イン」の女支配人アビゲイルは新しいシェフを探していた。 新シェフとなったストームの作る料理に魅了され、次第にセクシーな気持ちを抱くアビゲイル。。。 ストームにはある目的があり、２人の惹かれ合う様が最初はホットでラブラブだったのですが、、。 アビゲイルが性に目覚め過ぎて多数の男たちと、、、という部分がダメでした。 が、ストームがヒロインを大切に思ってるので話が過激な方向へ行き過ぎず良かったです。
料理とセックスに共通項を見出す人に。
おいしい料理と、セックスは似てると思います。なので、読んでみました。 文中にある料理や素材の描写は、やはりセクシーな雰囲気が漂っていて期待通りでした。 セックスの描写はただ過激なのではなく繊細な部分もあり、特にセックスに対する各登場人物の価値観がそれぞれ異なるので、違った角度から楽しむことができます。 p それだけではなく、恋愛要素もたっぷり盛り込まれているので、二重・三重に読み応えがありました。 ただし、私はこれを電車の中で読む勇気はありません…
「ハーレクインの過激版！」
辛口評価の方もいるようですが、私は今までこのシリーズを四冊ほど 読んだ中で一番内容が好きでした。 ハーレクイン的な(ハーレクインが苦手な方はだめだと思う）恋愛の過程がほのぼのとしていて、 主人公が(男性）だんだん本気になっていくのがほほえましい。最後にハッピーエンドだし。 最近はハーレクインも過激な描写も多々あるし、 p それにちょっと過激なプレイが加わった位に思って気楽に読むと 楽しめるのでは？ ハーレクインファンにはお薦めだと思います。
アメリカで大人気作家
今回、とうとうアメリカでも大人気の作家の本が翻訳されました。読みたいと思っていたのでさっそく買って読みましたが、やっぱりおもしろかったです。私は星４つにしましたが、５つの人も多いかと思います。H度に関しては期待を裏切りません（人による？）。ほんとに最初から最後まで・・・。いまどきのアメリカっぽいといえるのでしょうか。最初は、貞淑なはずのヒロインが途中からみさかいがなくなっていく話です。何人もの男性と・・・になって ましたが、なんだか不思議な話でした。すごく売れてる他の作品も読んでみたいですね。

Ch istine Feehanの「Da k Hunge 」目当てに購入しました。相変わらず期待通りの面白さで、あっという間に読んでしまいました。 他の3編も、それぞれ個性的で、特にAngela Knightは初めて読みましたが、プロットが面白くてはっとさせられました。あの人が実はVampi eだったの?!みたいな(^^)さっそくAngelaの他の原書を購入しました♪
