ダフニーが愛しい！
湖に映る影、がシリーズものとも知らず･･･たまたまファーストレディが 面白かったので読んでみようと思って手に取りましたが。。。 結論としては、とても面白かった！ 主人公モリーがひそかに思いを寄せるスター選手のケヴィンにした行為 には、女性として疑問？そして、ありえない！と思いましたが･･･ ちょっと変わったモリーの行動、言動、彼女の描く童話の世界にどんどん 引き込まれていき、最後まで一気に読んでしまいました。 大抵の小説は読後感を楽しみつつ忘れていくものなのですが、この本に 限ってはいつまでも主人公や他の魅力的な登場人物たち、そして一番 お気に入りの童話、ダフニーが忘れられず、正直驚いています。 おとぎの世界のようなキャンプ場、素敵な湖、美しい風景･･･ いつまでも心に残る作品です。
ストーリー展開に無理がある
It had to e You, Heven Texasがどちらも面白かったので、シリーズ最後（？）のこれもレビューポイントが高くて期待して読んでみました。 でも、ちょっとストーリー展開に無理がありすぎて、ヒーローがヒロインに惹かれるようになる時の心境に同感できず、「きっとこの後にすごいことがあるんだわ！」と期待してたまま最後までいっちゃった、みたいな。 でもIt had to e Youのフィービーとダン夫妻、子供たちが結構な頻度で出てくるので続編としては楽しめます。
楽しく笑える
この作家の書くものはどれもいいけれど、じつは個人的にはこれが一番のお気に入り。何の賞ももらっていないけれど。 どの作品でも男性は外観はすっごい美形で、自ら好んで軽薄そうに振舞うけれど、その背景には繊細な感情が働いている。女性主人公はどれも個性的。で、なかでもこの作品のヒロインが、きわめつけにユニークと感じる。はっきりいってこのヒロイン、しっちゃかめっちゃかな言動。でも、ヒロインのそのようなハチャメチャな言動の背景の心情は、十分に繊細でいとおしい。 とりわけこの作品の場合、作中作がじつに楽しくて魅力的。 この作者の作品全てに言えるけれど、一筋縄ではいかない登場人物たちと、作者の暖かい眼差しには共感を覚える。このヒロインの魅力は、男性にはあまり理解しづらいかもしれない。逆に、このヒロインの魅力が分かる男性はちょっとみどころがある感じ。
すごいなあ…
童話作家のモリーが巻き起こす奇天烈な言動にびっくりします。正直最初はやだなーと思ってたんですよね。こういうヒロイン。 ところが後半、どんどん彼女の魅力がグレードアップしていくのですよ！というか何がどういいのか、あまりうまく説明できないのですが、ページめくるのがもどかしいくらい引き込まれます。 p いい意味でやられた！って本です。上手いなあ～ ぜひ読んでみて欲しい一冊です。
めっちゃ、キュート！
登場人物の全てがほどほどに善人で、個性的。 その中でも一番変わっているのが、主人公のモリー。 文中でその行動が「奇矯と狂気の境界線上にある」と評されるように、 普段は堅実な行動を心がけているにもかかわらず、 時たま、突拍子もない事をやってしまいます。 「ダメだよぅ～」と声を掛けたくなることもしばしば。 p でも、その突っ走り具合が気持ちいいです。 大部分の物語が湖のそばのキャンプ場を舞台にしていて、 美しい情景と、象徴的に挿入されるモリーの描く童話世界が相俟って ピュアな世界を広げています。 p いい感じです。

I don't like it that much
I took a chance to uy this ook ecause many people convinced me that it is eal good. It p actically is fo the fi st half of the ook. p I was initially facinated y the ove all plot ecause it is diffe ent f om o dina y omance fo mula. The he o does not fall fo the he oine f om the sta t, he actually has got his eyes on the he oine's siste . As he asks his cousin to get ma ied with the eautiful siste , he finds out late that his cousin ma ies himself with anothe siste (the he oine). He is ext emely fu ious and takes all out at the he oine. p The he oine has een in love with the he o since she was young. And she possitively hopes that the he o will tu n to he one day if he gets ove with his misunde standings and ange (f om his cousin's et ayal). She t ies so ha d to make him love he ut he is just anothe stupid ass who keeps igno ing he good hea t and wo shiping he siste (that eaks my hea t). As she ealizes that the he o would neve love he , she t ies to get away f om him. Inte estingly, the he o does not let he go (and I just don't get it why he doesn't let he go). This is appa ently the weak point of the ook ecause the autho doesn't give us eade s any clues why the he o has changed his mind. The he o is actually kind of flat cha acte , who change his mind (to love the he oine) without sensi le easons (except fo he easts---the autho keeps epeating again and again a out the he o's ado ing the he oine's easts. So, I guess it might e his eason). p Anothe thing is I eally don't like the love scenes in the ook. It's so a usive and I don't unde stand how the he oine still loves the he o afte all that he had done to he . Howeve , he cha acte is lika le and has some developments, well in compa ison to the he o's. The seconda y cha acte , Tony (the he o's cousin who et ayed the he o y getting himself ma ied with the eautiful siste ) is also inte esting. I guess he's the most sensi le cha acte of all. p Anyway, it's kind of a so-so ead, ut don't take my wo d fo it, you have to check it out you self. Most people love this ook though so I guess I must e a small 5% who do not like this ook.
