くすっと笑ってしまう楽しいお話
もと魔法使いのM Majeikaが小学校教師として赴任、担任のクラスで 様々な騒動が巻き起こります。ドタバタ喜劇といった感じの話で、 文字通り吹き出してしまうこともしばしば。 英語も簡単なので、さくさく読めて、とても楽しかったです。 このお話には、大変ないたずらっ子（というか問題児かも）が登場し、 M Majeikaも手を焼いてしまいます。私は 「そうそう、こういう子供っているよね。M Majeikaは魔法があるから まだいいけど、普通の先生ならもっと苦労するだろうなぁ。」と、思わず 教師という仕事の大変さに思いを馳せてしまいました。

As with any good sci-fi the sto y and desc iptions of the latest gadget a e impo tant; howeve this is just the window d essing o vehicle to ca y a message o concept to you with out sounding too p eachy. p Basically this ook is not fascist like the movie. It suggests that people should e esponsi le fo thei actions and have a stake in what they make decisions on. Neve did it say that these people we e sma te o ette , just that when you have a vested inte est you decisions tend to wo k o you will pay. p I was int igued in the p ocess that Johnny Rico was going th ough in the sto y. The movie does not phase me as it looks like ca toon hype. But the ook was too close to home. I hope my memo y is flawed as I emem e eve y one of the people types that he desc i ed. Actually I think with the voluntee A my today it is close to the ook than was Vietnam whe e consc ipts looked on it this as slightly p efe a le to p ison. I know that this sto y is not a out the milita y ut it is too eal to e igno ed as just the sto y. p You could have floo ed me with I found out the e we e no naked women in the ook. While going th ough oot camp he lea ns of diffe ent cultu es and the int icacies of milita y life. Natu ally he makes mistakes and lea ns f om othe s mistakes. As he g ows he lea ns what make the wo ld the way it is. I will not cont ast this ook with the movie ecause I think you enjoy the sto y mo e if you find out what happens as it unfolds.
